Melissa is a self-taught baker and decorator who has always had an interest in art. Over time she parlayed her love of creating beautiful works of art into the cake-decorating arena. At first, Melissa baked and decorated cakes for family members and friends, but word of mouth about her amazing creations quickly spread and her hobby eventually grew into a business. Today she uses cake, icing, and fondant as mediums to crafting incredible, edible creations for her customers.
Melissa bakes, fills, frosts, and decorates all of the cakes herself and prides herself on her attention to detail and the ability to take a client’s vision and turn it into a reality.
